Versus, the culture-driving creative and production studio, has appointed Elliott Chaffer as Executive Creative Director. He joins current ECDs Justin Barnes and Jay Harwood, forming a leadership trio that reflects the studio’s continued growth as a multidisciplinary creative powerhouse.
Chaffer brings over 25 years of experience in brand design and strategic storytelling, most recently at Trollbäck+Company, where he led high-profile work for clients like Apple, Nike, FX, FOX, and ABC. Known for blending visceral storytelling with systematic thinking, he moves fluidly between concept and execution with a focus on turning complex ideas into powerful creative systems.
