The newest passion project from Danish animation studio Tumblehead, “Tales from the Multiverse” casts God as a single parent and wannabe programmer struggling to mind squabbling kids as he tweaks an app he calls the Multiverse.
Directed by Magnus Møller, Mette Tange, and Peter Smith, the film uses a clever mix of 2D and 3D animation to stretch the concept of creationism and warn about the existential dangers of a wayward help desk crew.
