Directors Ke Weiyi, Li Mengyu and the MixCode crew in Taipei spin 3D, cel animation, and live-action into a manic world of color and form in this launch film for a new smart scooter from Taiwan manufacturer Gogoro.
MixCode: “We invited more than a dozen artists to create all kinds of VIVA logos, to showcase the brand’s vitality and diversity.”
Fun fact: Gogoro VIVA riders replace their scooter’s depleted batteries at any of 1,400 Gogoro battery swap stations spread across Taiwan, with 125,000 battery swaps occuring daily. In Taipei, riders are never more than 1 km from a battery swap station.
